The missing piece from your style IS...

Last week I talked about the one ingredient that you may be missing when it comes to style, and I thought it was important for you to hear about it, too. Check out the video below!

How is your confidence, love? It's not always easy to see when we aren't stepping into our power and moving forward as confident women. Many things can knock us off our game (especially sensitive creatures like myself!). Whether it's a snappy comment from our partner, a post we've seen on Facebook or just a weighed down feeling, when we aren't in our power it shows!

I've been there, gorgeous! I still catch myself moping in my sweats for an extra hour or two somedays, and that's ok!! The important thing is recognizing when we're not feeling confident, identifying the cause and easing ourselves back into our most confident self.

Here are some quick tips for upping your confidence levels that I use on the regular:

  1. Ground yourself. Seriously- this is magical. I was just recently taught the importance of staying energetically grounded and the changes in my confidence, energy and overall mood have been phenomenal. You can this in so many ways, find a guided grounding meditation on YouTube, go outside and put your bare feet in the grass and soak up the energy of the Earth, or even pet a tree!! (Not kidding.)
  2. Listen to meditations focused on clearing your Solar Plexus Chakra. The 3rd chakra is your personal power center. If you're not feeling in your power, this is the energetic place to check on.
  3. Get all done up. Nothing makes me feel more fierce than spending time doing my hair and makeup. It's a double dose of self-love, not only are you creating a sacred space for some you-time (which will make you feel good!), but you're also going to feel your best when you are happy with how you appear!

Try out these tips and let me know how they change your confidence game, love, and if you have your own rituals to boost your confidence I'd love to hear about it!! Just reply to this email and tell me all about it :)
