5 things you do for your brand that don't really matter.
As you've probably noticed, I've been doing a lot of deep thinking, rehashing and evolving over the last few months. I've taken a lot of free time to sit in contemplation and reassess what's important to me, what I'm REALLY feeling, and what I can do to walk a path that makes me feel free.
And now, I'm at the point where I'm ready to begin saying what I really mean. Doing what I really want to do. Not filtering, not worrying, not "trying" too hard. Just being. Being true to myself, to my feelings, and to my brand.
I've taken a deep dive into the brand I'm putting into the world through kirstiedempsey.com and all of its platforms. While it's had many evolutions, there was always something below the surface that I was trying to find but I couldn't quite grasp.
And I've finally found it. It's what I like to refer to as an alchemical expression. It's the beating heart of the brand, the energetic signature and bridge between what is tangible and what is not. What is said and what's felt.
The beating heart of my brand says "Come home to yourself."
And in finding that, it's almost as if the stars aligned for me and everything I'd been searching for for so long was made clear. I could once again feel the depth, understand the vision and move forward.

- Copy + Paste Mistake: You go full-steam ahead... with the cookie-cutter of someone else's success formula.
- Model Your Guru (the Mini-Me Mistake): You become so hooked on someone else's success story that you start to model that person... entirely losing yourself.

Build your brand the alchemical way. You dive into the depths of your brand. Check its pulse, listen to its heart, let it breath. You ask it questions and allow it to answer. You feel it. And then you build it.. in a way that is totally unique to you.
